A life changing event is a training resource with the powerful message that the impact of failing to plan safe system of operation and then work in accordance with training, is a life changing event for everyone involved – not just the victim.

The DVD is based on the fictitious drowning of a child in a public swimming pool due to management and employee failings. After the expert gives their opinion on the underlying failings of the organisation, the main focus is on the cross examination of both pool manage and lifeguard.

The DVD gives an insight into the impact of cross examination and how the employees who are culpable in the tragedy have to live with the memory of the event.
